Ninesen^?8202是一款多用途的金屬加工復(fù)合添加劑，采用不同的劑量及粘度適配的基礎(chǔ)油，可調(diào)配切削、成型等多種金屬加工工藝用油，諸如極壓切削、深孔鉆、攻絲、冷鐓、拉拔、深拉伸、珩磨、研磨、磨削等，可滿足從輕載精密加工到重載批量制造的全需求。Ninesen^?8202在加氫礦物油及合成油中均具有良好的油溶性，具有優(yōu)異的極壓抗磨性能、防銹防腐蝕性能、脫脂性能，無揮發(fā)刺激性氣味，不含氯元素、重金屬鹽，符合RoHS及REACH規(guī)范。

Ninesen^?8202 is a multi-purpose composite additive for metal processing. By using different dosages and base oils adapted to viscosity, it can be formulated into various metal processing oils for cutting, forming and other processes, such as extreme pressure cutting, deep hole drilling, tapping, cold heading, drawing, deep drawing, honing, grinding and sharpening, etc., which can meet the full range of needs from light-duty precision processing to heavy-duty mass manufacturing. Ninesen^?8202 has good oil solubility in hydrogenated mineral oil and synthetic oil, and has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, rust and corrosion resistance, and degreasing performance. It has no volatile pungent odor, contains no chlorine elements or heavy metal salts, and complies with RoHS and REACH regulations.
